Kling Holding Ltd. is a land development and house-building company with properties located in East and West St. Paul, MB. A property subdivision was completed with the construction of Maple Lane in East St. Paul. There are additional lots to be developed at this 12-acre site (between Maple Lane and Sperring Avenue.) A new concept plan for the area has been developed but has been placed on hold pending the upgrade and expansion of the East St. Paul sanitary sewer system.
The property in West St. Paul (Lister Rapids North) is located immediately to the north of the existing Lister Rapids Park neighbourhood on the historic and scenic Red River. A 16-lot subdivision of the property has been completed. As noted above, this development is all sold out except for river lots.
The company has recently started building houses in this development. All houses constructed by Kling Holding Ltd. will have structural wood floor basements built on piles and four-season sunrooms as minimum building standards.
